Sameday Courier Express Delivery UK

Most destinations in the UK are accessible with a SameDay courier  delivery dependent on the time the consignment is collected. If the consignment was going to the Highlands or the UK Islands then it can sometimes be a challenge. However, we will advise at the time of booking of a predicted delivery time to try to meet your expectation. For shorter journeys SameDay  can be guaranteed at time of booking, subject to external forces such as weather and road traffic accidents Etc.

Your consignment once collected will be the couriers only delivery and will be delivered point to point with no stops. Unlike some of our competitors we offer a true express service, giving you piece of mind, particularly if your consignment is valuable.

Our Customer service will contact you should there be any delay or problem with the delivery. If the delivery is delayed due to traffic problems or bad weather, we’ll let you know immediately and seek further instructions such as divert the delivery to a different address if needed. 

We will consider almost anything, however because your consignment will be covered under our Goods in Transit indemnity there are some excluded items. Please see our Terms and Conditions for the list of items that are not covered. Should you wish us still to deliver without indemnity we still can, as long as the consignment isn’t Dangerous or Illegal.

Unlike a Next day delivery where the indemnity cover is generally to a maximum £100 claim.

SameDay  delivery is covered for up to £10,000, this is because there is a lot less risk as the consignment will be delivered point to point by the same courier. (excluding accidents and Vehicle breakdown)

We would always advise if possible, the maximum protection for your consignment, particularly if the item is valuable or fragile. The consignment will travel point to point in the back of the same van, so although we will always promise to take the greatest of care, on rare occasions damages can happen.

We will advise once the consignment has been delivered, however currently in these Covid times we are unable to offer a proof of signature, as we are operating contactless delivery.
